Hi-Toughened Glasses LLP is an initiative by a group of highly experienced business professionals in the glass industry from across Kerala. Our plant is located at Guruvayur Road, Parannur, Thrissur — and is the first professional toughened glass manufacturing unit in Kerala run by the most experienced glass dealers from Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, and Ernakulam.
Hi-Toughened is the first in the country to have two toughening plants working simultaneously in the same unit. We are equipped to meet all demands of quality and quantity in glass — backed by uninterrupted power supply from a direct KSEB substation connection.

What is Toughened Glass?
Toughened glass is a type of protective glass created under controlled thermal treatment to increase its strength up to 4 to 5 times compared to ordinary float glass. Also referred to as tempered glass, the technique involves heating the glass beyond the annealing point of 600°C to create multiple layers that give the required toughness to resist impacts.
